What is it Like to Hire Me?

As your dedicated travel agent, I’ve perfected a process to ensure you have an amazing travel experience.

Let's dive into how we work together to make your travel dreams a reality!

Step 1 - Introductory Meeting

I believe in building personal connections. By getting to know you, I can take the stress out of planning and create a long-term relationship. This starts with an Introductory Meeting during which we will discuss:

  • Your travel goals and preferences

  • Your favorite travel experiences

  • What excites you about your upcoming trip

Within 48 hours of our meeting, you’ll receive a trip plan with a preliminary itinerary and quote, featuring multiple options and details on any events or special considerations we discussed.

Step 2 - Plan Review

We’ll review the trip plan together and make any necessary tweaks to meet your needs perfectly. Your feedback ensures the trip aligns with your vision.

Step 3 - Adjustments

I’ll refine the trip plan based on your feedback and provide an updated quote, incorporating all the details to create your dream vacation.

Step 4 - Booking

After you select the best options, I’ll handle the booking process for you. I’ll be by your side every step of the way, offering recommendations, reservations, and making any last-minute adjustments as needed.

To see more details about the various tiers of planning services I offer, please check out my Menu of Services and Terms and Conditions.

Step 5 - Travel Preparation

From booking until departure, I’ll ensure you’re well-prepared with recommendations for local activities, dining options, and more. I’ll also look out for any promotions to enhance your trip and assist with any issues that arise.

About a week before departure, you’ll receive your personalized itinerary, ensuring you have all the details for a seamless travel experience.

Step 6 - Post Travel Follow-Up

Once you return, I’ll reach out to see how things went and gather your feedback to make your next trip even better.
