The answer is simple!
I save you time and effort while ensuring you have a memorable and well-organized travel experience. My expertise can also lead to cost savings and access to unique opportunities that you might not find when planning a trip on your own. Plus, I see issues before they become a problem and work hard to get things corrected so you can spend time on other important things.
Here's a breakdown of what you can expect and how I come alongside and help you plan your trip:
1. Consultation
Whether someone is a new or returning client, we have a meeting to discuss your next trip. During this meeting (held over the phone or via Zoom) we cover your general plans for the trip such as dates, destination, and budget.
I'll ask you questions to understand your preferences and requirements. This might include your travel style, accommodations you prefer, your interests (culture, history, adventure, relaxation), dietary or mobility restrictions, and any special occasions or celebrations during the trip.
2. Quotes
Based on your input, I start researching and planning your trip. I use my expertise, knowledge of the destination, and industry contacts to create list of potential itineraries.
The quote will include whatever is applicable to your preferences including accommodations, cruise itineraries, ticket options and any suggested enhancements such as travel protection, transfers to and from the airport, etc.
If necessary, I modify the quote based on your feedback. Every effort is made to create the perfect vacation package, and my work is done in good faith that you will book with me as I am not paid until after you travel!
3. Booking
After we discuss your options, I proceed with booking your reservations. But this isn't where my work ends!
Then we move to the next steps in planning outlined in my Menu of Services where I continue to assist you in planning your trip with regular outreach including tips and tricks about your destination, making regular payments, securing dining reservations as well as a creating personalized itinerary with all your confirmation materials sent to you the week before you travel. I'm with you every step of the way until you're unpacking back at home after an amazing trip.
When you're ready to travel again, we start back over with the benefit of knowing each other better making the process smoother every time.
